Moderate Means Program: The Moderate Means Program is a partnership between the Washington State Bar Association and Washington’s 3 law schools. MMP connects people within 200–400% of the Federal Poverty Level to lawyers who offer legal help at reduced fees. You can apply online for assistance or call 1-855-741-6930 if you cannot apply online. WSBA offers interpreter services through Language Line in almost all languages. An appointment may need to be set up if it is a less frequently requested language. The WSBA also has a legal directory.
